  19. Subject: "Error Locating Group Record" When Sending Group Faxes

  21. Situation:

  23. When sending a fax to a recipient group, the message "Error locating 
  24. group member record" appears in WinFax.
  25.  
  26. Solution:
  27. =========
  28. This error occurs when one or more recipient records in the group has a 
  29. first name of 15 characters, which is the maximum number of characters 
  30. allowed in the First Name field.
  31.  
  32. Edit all recipient records with first names of 15 characters, deleting at 
  33. least one character from the name.
  34.  
  35. Note:   Changing the number of characters in the Last Name field has no 
  36.         effect on this problem.
